1 . Scope of application
Those terms of sale apply to all orders made on baisap.com website, buying items displayed on baisap.com website. BAÏSAP’s headquarter is located at La Lampisterie, Robiac-Rochessadoule ( 30 160 ), France; EORI : FR80407939000014.
Provided any provisions against the law, the terms of sales enforceable in the relations between baisap.com and the customer. are those existing when the order is validated.
2 . Orders
You may order through the website, clicking on the buttons " Buy ", then paying via payment card or Paypal transfer. You may also order by telephone or e-mail, and pay via any other mean.
Orders are validated and sent as soon as payments are completed, unless otherwise specified in our blog.
An order confirmation is e-mailed to the customer before the sending. It will make the sale definitive, unless the customer express his right of withdrawal. Offers are
3 . Availability
Offers of items and prices are valid, as long as they are visible on the website, as long as supplies available. Sales are definitive, unless the item is not stock in stock any more. In case of product unavailability, for reasons beyond the control of the baisap.com , the customer will be e-mailed. It will be proposed a replacing item, with a similar quality and price. Order will be cancelled and refund upon request.
4 . Price and paying method
baisap.com may change its prices at any moment. However orders are priced with the prices visible on the website when the customer validates the order. Prices are indicated including all taxes - BAÏSAP is not subjected to VAT. Prices also include postal sending to any destinations.
If you order from out of the European Union, customs or other taxes may apply. Customers must pay such fees. We advise to check this before one order. Products remain the property of BAÏSAP till the complete payment of the customer.
Payments of orders may be processed automatically, on baisap.com, via payment cards or Paypal transfer. We also accept any kind of payments, even barter! Just ask for it.
5 . Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery, free of charge, via priority mail, by post, from France, without tracking.
Ordering from out of France, we deliver via via priority mail, without tracking. You may request a tracking when you order - 3€ only over cost. You may also ask for express delivery : 26.05€ over cost. In such case, please provide your phone number.
French posts indicates less than 3 days delivery time for all Western European countries, 4 to 6 days to North America, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and many South American countries. Maximum 10 days worldwide. Express delivery within one or two days with express service in western Europe and North America. If you order before 2 pm Paris time, your packet may leave with the carrier the same day.
Ordering from France, you will receive your order with free tracking, via tracked mail or Colissimo. If you would like to receive it faster, ask for it when you order. Specify your phone number, and if you would like to receive your order with Chrono Relais, or at home, before 6 pm or before 1 pm. It will cost 16.05€ for Chrono Relais, 18.52€ at home before 6 pm, or 19.63€ at home before 1 pm.
Delivery delays are never warranted. In case of late, an inquiry is to be opened with the carrier. Out of the European Union, you may have to pay customs. Such inquiry may takes up to seven week to be answered.
Delivery delays indicated are business days. Products are sent to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
BAÏSAP can accept no responsibility for delays, if customer provide incomplete or erroneous address; if customer is absent when delivery occurs, or non withdrawal of the packet at the post office in the imparted delays.
After a first exchange, it will be not possible any more to obtain the refund of an order.
Any damage that could have occured during the shipment must be reported immediately.
In case of over long delivery delays, you may contact our customer service in France : [email protected] / +33781239514 / +33466601145. An inquiry will be opened with the carrier. Such process could take up to 7 weeks. If you packet is found, it will be shipped again immediately to the address provided when ordering. If we have to modify your address, you may be asked to contribute to the second shipping cost.
If the inquiry ends without result, your order will be sent again - if still available. Otherwise, we will refund. No second sending nor refund before inquiry end.
6 . Withdrawal
Customers may return their order up to 3 months after delivery, in order to obtain exchange or full refund. Order should be return with its original plastic package, and in a perfect state, allowing BAÏSAP to sell it again. Customers should send together with the item its invoice, or any relevant document explaining who is returning this order.
If the quality of our goods is challenged, we will refund return costs. For any other reason, if you have ordered and paid through baisap.com, Paypal will refund your return costs from Australia, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland,Greece, Latvia, Romania, Croatia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic Hungary Slovakia Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, Cyprus.
Customer is liable for the cost of its order if it gets lost or damaged during its return.
Only the customer identified as such with BAÏSAP may exercise the right of withdrawal. Addressee shall not exercise the right of withdrawal.

7 . Conformity
Pictures are displayed on the website for illustrative purposes. Check out our descriptions and size chart for accurate description. For more information, feel free to contact us. baisap.com will refund or exchange any item apparently defective, damaged, or that do not match the order. Forward your receipt for return costs, we will refund in this case. In such case, customer will have to write a message to report the situation with all relevant details, and send it back.
In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
8 . Intellectual and Industrial Property
Website illustration, images, font, presentation styles, graphics, exclusively belong and will belong to BAÏSAP and holders that have given their rights of exploitation to BAÏSAP. The contract formed by the acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
